Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of allowing us follow up contact for training package bookings.
We use the information that you have given us in order to book appointments for training services.
We DO NOT share this information with anyone.

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us through our email address.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our company google account. Any enquiries that do not result in bookings will have their Name, email address, postcode and phone number immediately deleted from our records.
We keep your Name and phone number for the life of your dog, allowing us to continue our advice for life in our Home Visit Package. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our google account and phone records.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
